Add photos greyed out (lightroom CC 2023 | 6.4)

Hi all,

I am having trouble with lightroom that "Add Photos" greyed out as the screenshot shown.

I guess preferences in AppData\Adobe\Lightroom CC is related but unsure which one I need to fix.

Please advise.

You're using the cloud version of Lightroom (called "Lightroom"), but have posted in the Lightroom Classic forum.
