Adding custom brushes to lightroom

Hi, i have the updated lightroom Lr (not classic). I add presents only as XMP files while the LRTemplate does not recognize. I trird to convert them to XMP using adobe addon but they dont work and no affect the photo. Any ideas?

Lightroom does not support brush presets.
