Adding photos from camera roll fails in Lightroom for mobile

today I cannot add photos from my camera roll into Lightroom mobile.  I have enabled the auto import and it has made no difference.  I have purged the albums, and nothing.  What has happened?  was able to add photos yesterday, and not today ?

    Hi Matthew,

    That shouldn't be happening, could you please let us know the version of Lightroom mobile you're using?

    Also, what image format are you trying to import in Lightroom?

    Are you getting any errors?

    1. In LR settings, ensure that import is ambled for photos and video.
    2. Select an album as the destination for auto import. Tap the three dots, and choose “Auto Import from Camera Roll.”

    When enabled, the album should say “Auto Import” below the name.
