Adobe account migrated to enterprise but my cloud files did not move with it.

I have a creative cloud account that was purchased by my IT department. 
Recently this account was renewed.

Today I logged in and it asked me if I wanted to log into a corporate profile or a personal profile. Having no context for what this means, and not wanting everyone in the corperation to have my files in their cloud,  I chose personal.

Now my cloud documents are on a personal account that has no access to the applications that are a part of the paid plan. The account is also 40GB over cloud storage quota. (65GB of 20GB).

I tried to contact Adobe support but recived a message that they will not help me because a person at my corperation has been designated as the only contact for support.

I need my files migrated to the corperation managed side of cloud storage. How do I do this?

I made it to the web chat spent 40 minutes, was transfered three times and hung up on twice.

Hi, I'm sorry to update this post but I'm stuck with the same issue with my subscription coming to an end in 2 days.

I've contacted the support three times but nobody was able to understand what it was about.
