Any idea what application to use to make linear camera profiles now Adobe DNG Profile Editor is no longer supported in MacOS?

You can still use DNG Profile Editor for that, even though the interface is completely empty. Use the menus to get to the correct items. It's awkward because you don't see what you're doing, but it works.

@JohanElzenga can you list the steps so I can create the Infrared Profile?

Your initial question was about linear profiles. I have no experience with infrared profiles but those are not the same as a linear profile. There should be enough on YouTube however.
