Adobe helpers on the phone

I was having trouble with my photos not syncing on my laptop to my mobile ap. I called for help and we did screen share. The guy helping me tells me to close Lightroom then relaunch. I do and wait for him to say what to do next.... I got silence. I said hello it's not loading at all now should I close it and do it again.? And silence,.. finally I herd a fart followed by snoring..... 

 

the guy helping me really fell asleep mid call.... lmao

whatever. I called again to help me because now I can't remove him from my account,l the second guy just hung up on me 😅 

 

now I call and no ones answering me.... happy Monday 🤗✨✨
