Is my Adobe ID my email address ? I have bought an annual subscription and the guidance says I will need to enter my Adobe ID . I currently pay a monthly subscription but didn't know I had an Adobe ID .

Yes, your AdobeID is linked to your email address, so that's what you enter as the ID when you log in.
