Adobe Lightroom buy by App Store

Hello, i have a problem. I'm buying Lightroom by App Store and I don't have a photograph plan. I can't download photoshop. Price was the same, but it's not a photographer plan. How i can change the subscryption? I'm sorry for my english 😅
