Adobe Lightroom crashes at startup

When I open Lightroom (not the classic desktop application) on my PC, it crashes instantly. I have never used the application before, so I do not know why this is happening. Where can I find the logs of the apps so I can send them here?

Hey, @sergihzph. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I couldn't find crash reports submitted with the account you've signed in to the community with. If you see a crash dialogue, submit it with your Adobe ID. Check here for more steps: https://adobe.ly/3Wpjx0B

You mentioned you’re using a PC, so I assume it’s a Windows machine. On Windows, you can monitor the Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application Logs to check for error reports and share them here.

@Sameer K Hi, thanks for your reply. It crashed again, I wrote my email address now in the form, I hope you’ve received it. I’ve checked the Event Viewer, and I’ve not seen any error related to Adobe Lightroom.

PS: The help page you provided me doesn’t exist.
