Adobe Lightroom Notification

Out of no where, my adobe lightroom says ERROR... "Local Catalog Damaged"

I have followed the instructions but it makes no sense. I found the drive, but what am I suppose to do from there?

Which Lightroom are you using, Lightroom (cloud) or Lightroom Classic?
