Adobe lightroom on android vs PC. Export issues

Whenever I edit and export an image on my laptop. I use the "Export small" option. Which always produces a nice sharp image. But when I export the same way on my tab s7. The images come out with a lot of colour noise and it's very distracting. Please fix this adobe. Here are attached images so you can see the difference in the colour noise.
