Adobe lightroom premium error

Hello, I have just purchased Adobe Lightroom Premium. My login credentials are synchronized for both Adobe and the Lightroom application. However, I am unable to use any of the premium features. I also cannot cancel my subscription or remove my credit card information. Could you please provide information on how I can access and use the features? Thank you.

Hey, @Gulceksk. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I reviewed the account you signed into the community with and found an active subscription via the Play Store.

 

Please check if you've signed in to Lightroom using the same email account you've used to log in to Community. The subscription is active and less than 24 hours old. Please wait for a few hours and check if the issue is resolved. If it does not work, the respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. If you've already been charged, you can contact their support channels. Check this page for help with managing your subscription to the Android Store: https://adobe.ly/3KRuFQs
