Adobe Lightroom shuts down on its own immediately after turning it on

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the program turning off on its own, right after turning it on. The same happens with Photoshop.

I will add that I do not have an update available, I reinstalled the program - still a problem.

I will be grateful for your help.
