"Adobe Lightroom" won't open

Hi

I just did some updates on my Macbook and for the creative cloud.

And now i am trying to open the app and now a pop up comes up saying

'You can't open the application "Adobe Lightroom" becausse it is being updated."

Everything has already been updated can someone please help
