Hello, I received an email frome adobe :

"...Since you have been on a subscription without cloud storage for over a year, your Lightroom content stored in the cloud will be permanently deleted in 7 days.

We understand the importance of your photos, videos, and other content* to you, and wanted to make sure you have the opportunity to consider different options:

  1. If you want to avoid this deletion and continue to store your Lightroom content, you can switch to a subscription that includes cloud storage. See licensing plans.
  2. If you wish to download your content to preserve it before deletion, please use the Lightroom download tool. Your Adobe login ID is:
  3. If you take no action within the next 7 days, the content associated with your Lightroom account on our servers will be deleted (content associated with other Creative Cloud applications will not be affected). *Note: Your published Discover posts and created presets will not be affected.

Thank you, The Adobe Team."

I don't understand, I subscribed to a plan that includes cloud storage (20GB). This plan includes Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, and their mobile versions...

Can you explain to me? Is my plan no longer valid ? Is there something new ? And did some other user receive the same email ?

Thanks

In general, this happens if you've used a previous Adobe ID for an account that you are no longer paying for.  I will message you privately to understand the details better.

Note that we will not delete any content from active subscribers.
