Adobe Portfolio capping maximum resolution of photos

Question

Hello. Im using Adobe Lightroom CC and Adobe Portfolio. For some reason when uploading the albums from LrCC to Portfolio, the photos are capped at 1920x1080p and are not being displayed, or are downloadable in max res.

However, when viewed in LrCC, the photos are still max res (24mp) instead of 1080p. I can't seem to find a setting to adjust the upload quality.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
