Adobe won't let me cancel membership!

This is very frustrating. I have attempted to cancel my adobe plan multiple times but keep getting this error:

 

I have clicked 'Customer Support' but nothing happens! So I tried the forum. I typed in my message and then decided to change the Conversation Type from Discussion to Bug at which point my message content was cleared so I had to enter it again. I am afraid to click 'Post' in case I get another unexpected result 😞
