After deleting preset group, I cannot reimport same presets. Receiving error message

I am having an issue importing mobile presets. I had duplicates in lightroom cc so I went ahead and deleted the group. When I try to get reimport I get the error message "this file has already been imported" But is not showing.

I also waited for 24 hrs and restarted the computer and I am still unable to see them or reimport them.
