After Lightroom Cloud signed me out and updated, 20,000+ photos from 2025–2026 disappeared. Only older photos remain, storage dropped to 167GB, and Deleted is empty. I have a 1TB plan. How can I recover my missing photos and edits?

Were you signed out of Lightroom recently? This shouldn't happen in normal scenarios. Were these images imported right before you got signed out? Were you working through the Device view before?
