After loading, lightroom crashes and shuts down. An error message comes up which I have sent of adobe. I use Lightroom CC. Any help would be appreciated.

After loading, lightroom crashes and shuts down almost straight away. I have tried numerous times over numerous days however it just keeps happening.   A couple of times it showed an error message which I sent to adobe but no answer from them.  I use Lightroom CC.  Any help would be appreciated.

If possible, copy and paste the full error text or provide a screenshot. This will help us better understand what's causing the application to close unexpectedly and guide you more effectively. In the meantime, please try resetting Lightroom's preferences:macOS: Press and hold Shift + Option while launching Lightroom.Windows: Press and hold Shift + Alt while launching Lightroom.Once prompted, confirm the preference reset and check whether Lightroom launches successfully afterward.Please let us know the results, and we'll be happy to assist further.
