After the update, my user presets disappeared. Is there any way to get them back?

What specific device and version of Lightroom are you working on? 

Please log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4q8fpyQ) & check whether everything is synced to the cloud and whether the presets are available and running fine.
