After Update Editing and Preset Will Not Work

I updated to the newest version of Lightroom CC and now none of my editing features are working. I can change the editing numbers on the lines and the numbers change, but no change actually happens to the pictures. Same with my presets. I click on them and it says it is there but there is no change to the actual image.

PLEASE HELP!
