Lenovo Yoga Slim YGS7X
J'ai les boules clairement

Hi @vuillekcThanks for reaching out! Can you send your system info and a few screenshots of what you’re seeing? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. Thanks! ^CH

Hi @vuillekcUnfortunately, I don’t see the attachments. Would you be able to try again? In the meantime, could you also send us some of the images you’re trying to edit using Denoise? Thank you! ^CH

Good afternoon friends, hope you’re having a good day - when attempting AI denoising of any .DNG photo from my DJI Mini 4 Pro photography drone, I’ve found that doing so no longer removes noise and in fact actually degrades the quality of the image I’m attempting it on.

It was working not even a week ago, so I’m not really sure what the problem is. Any and all help is deeply appreciated and thank you for your help, this has a huge impact on my photography business and would be greatly relieved to resolve it as quick as possible.

Hey, @MeliVas59. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for sharing the screenshot; it helps.

I've shared this discussion with the team to review & comment. In the meantime, have you tried using Lightroom Classic for AI Denoise?

For Lightroom desktop, AI Denoise & other machine-learning workflows can expect further updates for better native support on ARM Devices. Here is a recent conversation: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-ecosystem-cloud-based-discussions/ai-denoise-in-lightroom-uses-cpu-instead-of-gpu-or-npu/m-p/15243096

Thanks!

Merci @Sameer K

Oui j'ai essayé avec LC Classic et j'ai le même résultat :'(

Sur mon ancien ordinateur, la réduction de bruit fonctionnait bien sur mes ARW

Thanks for sharing this update. I've shared it with the team to verify. Could you share a few RAW images and denoise output images with us? Please feel free to use Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or any other file-sharing service of your choice to create a public link and send the set of files to us via direct message on my profile.

Thanks!
