AI denoise not working

1. Which operating system and version are you using (Windows or macOS)? Any specific reason you're using Lightroom version 9.2 instead of the latest version, 9.6? I would recommend updating Lightroom to the latest available version and see if that helps.

2. Does this issue occur with all images or only specific ones? Also, what file format are you working with (RAW, DNG, JPEG, etc.)?

3. Does the issue persist after restarting Lightroom and your computer?

4. Could you please share the System Info from the Help > System Info ? Copy and paste the complete report here.

5. Could you share a short screen recording demonstrating the issue?

Additionally, please try manually resetting Lightroom preferences after backing up your existing preferences, and let us know if that helps.
