AI doesnt work

Question

anytime I want to work with A1 for a blurry background, I always get this notification... the images are CR3, didnt have this issue before. The message is in dutch*

Hey, @Wendy_Holla1912. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Please share the system information from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

Does this happen after a series of steps, or have you installed Lightroom for the first time on this machine?

You can set GPU performance in Edit > Preferences > Performance > Turn off GPU usage. This might also be similar to what is being discussed here: https://adobe.ly/3FBaDa0.
