Ai noise reduction not working lightroom classic and lightroom crashes

Hello Team,

Based on the attached lightroom issue in word document i have been asked to share the system information. But I have 2 versions of Lightroom V7.4.1 and V13.4 and both are having the same issue
 
I have attached the system information for both the versions.

Hey, @Vijay Kumar38588190r5f3. Thank you for including all the details. I'll help you figure this out.

 

Here are a few things to focus at:
C:\Users\shiv_\OneDrive\Pictures\Lightroom\Lightroom Catalog-v13-3.lrcat

The Catalog for Lightroom Classic 13.4 is stored in a folder associated with OneDrive Sync; this can lead to unexpected behaviors, as you've reported.

 

Please move the catalog to a local folder that does not sync to the cloud.

 

Apart from this,

The GPU drivers on both the machine/Lightroom installs needs an update. You have two GPUs on your machine. The power-saving Intel UHD 630 Graphics & the high-performance Nvidia 1650.

The drivers for Intel & Nvidia need an update. Please try these two suggestions:

1 - Update the graphics drivers using AMD & Nvidia's auto-detect programs.

2 - Follow step 6 in the content here to configure the default GPU for Photoshop: https://adobe.ly/3WIuSHF should directly help how Lightroom works.
