AI Setting Export Issues - Glitch

Hello,

 

I am having issues exporting a number of AI edited photos. The system glitches and asks to update the AI. I click accept, and then it is "stuck" at 0%.

 

  1. Version of the app - 9.1
  2. Platform and OS version - MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1
  3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem - have tried 10 different times to export large amounts of photos and small amounts, still no difference. 
  4. Expected result and actual result - I need to export these files as JPEGS for this couple. 

 

Can someone please assist? This for a couples wedding album.

Hi @seton_9058, welcome to the community!
Where were the masks originally created? Did you make them in another Lightroom app like Lightroom Mobile or Lightroom Web? Also, does this only happen with the same batch of photos, or with any photo where you’ve used AI tools?
As a first step, it might help to reset your Lightroom preferences:

No, all photos and masks were/are created in the regular Lightroom cloud based system. I do not utilize lightroom mobile or lightroom web. I have re-set my preferences, and it still is not updated.

 

Any other direction? Thank you.
