AI Sharpen functionality never completes the job

Hi there,

AI Sharpen functionality never completes the job. After updating my Lightroom to the latest version, I tried the new Topaz AI AI Sharpen functionality by clicking Photo → AI Sharpen. I have applied Strong and Topaz Denoise. I tried different photos, with and with no VPN, different Wi-Fis… it never completes the job! It keeps on either saying “check your internet connection and try again” while online or “try again later”.
Also, this has consumed already 10 credits with no results and no image generated.


is there any known fix to this bug?

    There was a brief outage with the Topaz APIs on September 13 that may have impacted you.  Can you please

    1. confirm if those 10 credits were added back to your account -- that’s what should happen in these cases
    2. confirm if the service is now working for you

    I’m having the same issue! I tried it 3 different times and lost my credits.

    Can you provide some more info here please?  When did you try it?  Was it after September 13?  Can you check to see if your credits were restored?
