AI subject & object masking not working in Lr or LrC (but still works on the Web & Mobile versions)

I have a problem with AI subject and object detection masking which has suddenly stopped working in Lightroom cloud and Lightroom classic.  The sky detection tool still works fine, as does the distraction removal tool, but that is it.  All the AI masking tools work fine in Lightroom web and on Lightroom mobile, but not on the cloud or desktop versions.  I have a new Microlaptop which is up to date; I have uninstalled and re-installed lightroom and cleared the cache, but nothing seems to make any difference.  It suddenly stopped working around the beginning of the month (possibly the time of the latest update?)

My laptop is a Microsoft surface Pro Studio 2  which has worked a treat with this software up until now.  
Can anyone help me at all?

I have finally sorted this, after several days and much research!

I downloaded the latest driver from the Nvidia website (the app did not work for me either) and rebooted my machine.  I now have full masking back again!   I am still a little puzzled though, as to why I could still get full masking on Lightroom web if it was a GPU problem?!

@Sameer K  Thank you for your reply.  I have attached the system information as requested.  I have already ensured that Lightroom is using the Nvidia Geoforce RTX 4060 GPU with full acceleration enabled.  May I ask - if it is a graphics card problem, would Lightroom web not work either?  I can get AI masking on the web version of lightroom....

Hey, @Karen37618894yjot. Welcome to the Lightroom Community.  I'll need more info to help you figure this out. 

Please share the system information from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.
