Album

That screenshot suggests that you don't have any albums yet (if they existed they should be listed). "presets" is a folder, not an album, and folders cannot contain photos, only albums. If you want to add the photo to an album, use the "+" button and use the resulting display to create a new album, which you can then add the photo to.
