help, 

I am trying to retrieve an album that was taking by a professional photographer )I have the permisssons to view/retrieve) but the album has only 1 photo and there should be over 100. 

any assistance is appreciated

Hey, @Jessica_Leahy6334. I'll clarify this. Currently, the option to set a timer or restrict downloads after a period of time isn't available. The album author/owner can always go to the settings for each of their shared albums to allow or stop JPEG downloads at any time.

Hi @Jessica_Leahy6334, welcome to the community!

If I understood correctly, it sounds like you might need to reach out to the photographer who created the album. It’s possible they accidentally uploaded just one photo instead of the full set of 100.
