Albums all deleted after upgrade

Question

Hello - I had a creative cloud account managed by a previous employer. The subscription was active until recently. When I noticed I needed to personally reactivate and manage the Adobe CC account on my own, I did so, but I noticed that all the photos and albumbs I had saved in Lightroom are gone. Is there any way to recover these or am I out of luck?

@Cassandra217846131iap I think you would need access to the work account, if you wanted to transfer photos to the personal account.

If you have details for the work account, you can you log in at http://lightroom.adobe.com/ to

check the cloud content.

Failing that it may mean contacting Adobe unless a member of staff on here picks this up.
