Albums are empty after Syncing CC to Lightroom Classic

Hello Please help!

All of my albums in Lightroom CC are empty after I tried to sync with Lightroom Classic. I have the Photograpghy plan,Both CC and Classic, and I use a MAC Desktop.

Did I select a setting wrong?

How can I prevent in the future?

Any advise is much appreciated! thank you!

    Lightroom CC (cloud) and Lightoom Classic are two distinct separate applications. Images added to Lightroom CC on the web are not shared in Lightroom Classic.

    Is there are reason that you want to use both apps?
