All albums from Lightroom NOT in Creative Cloud Lr files section

Using Lightroom CC with 1TB photo plan. 6 devices - MacBook Pro, iPad Pro 12.9, iPad Pro 11, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone XR. 49,240 photos. 50 folders, 550 albums.

Use case: use LR CC on MacBook Pro and Lightroom for iPad on iPad Pro 12.9. All other devices to view pictures/albums through the creative cloud iPad/iPhone app.

problem - the creative cloud app for iPad/iPhone doesn't show all the albums I have created. For clarity using files/lr files area in the app. All the photos are there, just not all the albums. 500 albums there. 50 missing. Sync status good on all devices. Called adobe support but didn't get anywhere. I suspect there is a 500 album limit or something even through I don't find that documented. Just strange that EXACTLY 500 albums there.

this has been a very painful transition for me. Moved from Apple photos...

I can't help with the issue that you seem to have on the Creative Cloud app on your iPad/iPhone, but I have to ask why you would be using that in preference to using the Lightroom mobile app that you are already using on the iPad Pro 12.9?

I guess to just avoid the 'hassle' of the 2 login limit of LR. I also don't 'trust' my wife viewing the pics in LR on her phone/ipad. She isn't as 'technical' as I am and 'accidentally' does stuff on her phone and iPad all the time. This will be a big switch for her and I want it to be as easy as possible.

the bigger story - we had happily been using a shared Apple ID for 20+ years and liked the apple photos ecosystem - until they introduced the contact card feature with iOS 17. With a shared ID that really messed things up. Once I created a second ID it broke the ability of both of us being able to contribute pictures, and organize them into albums, in a photo library that both of us could see. I alsready had a CC photography plan (used LR classic) so added storage and moved to LR CC with the use of CC for viewing for her.

The only "two login" limit applies to the desktop apps, such as LrC and Lightroom. You can login to LrMobile on any number of mobile devices and use them concurrently. I currently have it installed on 2 x iPads, one iPhone and until recently also an Android phone.
