All feature and all set up have been eliminate

When I try to use new feature for free for 7 days, all record and set up and feature have been eliminate. And no way to get back, seems like it's a bug. Or is there anyone know how to solve? I use LR moble.

Are you on iOS or Android?
Knowing which country you are in and what App store (country) you're in will also help.

Could you please add some screen shots so that we can understand what you are experiencing?

I'm from Taiwan and I was on iOS.

When I try to start the new feature 7 days for free, the system update itself. And then all the record all pictures all set up have been gone, vanished.

Did you purchase with this account that you're using in the forum? 
Did you use the App Store from Taiwan?
Do you have anything in your network setup/device that is blocking network traffic?
