All my photos and presets deleted from sign in

I use a Macbook to edit photos for work. I had to relogin the other day and ALL of my photos and ALL of my presets are gone. I did not log into a different account on accident (I only have one account) and I did not accidently delete anything. I wasn't even logged on for over a week so that is not possible. What has happened?

Hey, @hannahjade.h. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your account used for the Community and I'll help you figure this out. 

 

You have two profiles (Business and personal) for each of your accounts. You might still have your data in the Business profile, which does not have an active subscription. The subscription is active in the personal profile of the personal profile. 

You can learn more about Profiles in your account here: https://adobe.ly/4bhF5l9;

You can use the Incognito browser window to log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4bhaHrb), and you can use the business profile at the sign-in stage.
