All my photos disappeared from Lightroom after accidentally switching another Lightroom plan

Hi Adobe,

Could you please help me as soon as possible. I lost all my Cloud photos from Lightroom after accidently switching to another Lightroom plan. I have already cancelled this plan but this is available to 23 December. 2024 Now all my photos in Lightroom with a 1TB plan are all gone. How can I retrieve this or do I have to wait after 23 December 2024. Could you please help me!

The photo storage is tied to an AdobeID - usually your email address you use to log in.

If you log in with the other, former account, all will be there.

No this is not working. I have only one account and my Cloud photos are all disappeared. Could someone please help me? Or who can I contact within Adobe?

Hi Adobe, employee, I would like to get help as soon as possible. I accidentally upgraded my current Lightroom plan 1 TB to a Photography Plan with only 20 GB and now I lost all my cloud based photos from my original Lightroom , all my photos dissappeared. I cancelled the new plan and it available until 23 December 2024. I tried to log out and log in several times, but this doesn't work. Did they get deleted? Can I retrieve them? Could you please help me? Many thanks!
