All presets disappeared after update

Updated my phone last night and all my presets are gone, has anyone else had this issue?

had 100s and absolutely devastated they're all gone

Do you have a subscription or a free account?

With a subscription Presets should have synced to the Cloud. With the free account you'd probably need to restore from a back up
