All tools are premium??

I've been using Lightroom on my iPhone 7 for many months now. Since last 2 days every tool I select shows the "Premium Feature" banner. I am unable to use any tool. Please help.

  1. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the issue is still there.

You should be able to use at least some of the edit features for free unless you are trying to edit RAW images.  Editing any RAW image (other than DNG images) is itself a paid feature.

The Premium features are only available when you have a valid subscription applied. Have you had that in the past?  Hope o get a clue about your issue soon. - Guido/ Lr MobileQE
