Allow movement to next photo using mouse wheel in develop mode

Please set the default action to move to the next photo by sliding the mouse wheel down in Develop mode, just like in Library mode. Thanks!

      Lightroom or Lightroom-Classic? Version Number?

      In Lightroom (Windows-11) ‘Detail’ edit view my mouse will move through photos with the scroll wheel.

      In Lightroom-Classic my mouse (cursor on the filmstrip) will scroll only the filmstrip in Develop module to then allow selecting a photo on the filmstrip to develop.
