Already subscribed for a year but system tells me my trial has finished and need to subscribe

I have subscribed on Lightroom a couple of months ago, and now when I open Lightroom it tells me my trial has finished and I have to subscribe.

When I click on subscribe it says I already have purchased it, which is correct.

What should I do now?
