You can try another utility, such as DaisyDisk (https://daisydiskapp.com/).

Please find attached a model of explaination which I could via web. Sounds understandable and I will get results, when I have outsourced the snapshots and deleted those from the original place on my MAC and will get results, if something is missing. ( sorry for the German attachment)

Hey Johan, with DAISYDISK for 9,99€ I have found those crash remaining and was also able to delete those. I will check further with smaller items of those 300Gb and will report.

question remaining is : which action caused those crash remainings.

Thxs in any case for your very quick reaction

There are special utilities that can help you identify old caches and clean them up, such as ‘Clean My Mac’.

    Hey Johan,

great, This for the quick answer.

Clean my Mac I have used already it helped a bit, but the very big part ( around 350GB ) is still unknown.

Reason why I am using still Tahoe 26.2 and LrCC 15.4.1 is simply the fact, that I have updated to Tahoe 26.4 and up from version LrCC 15.1. the masking of persons has been not anymore possible and now I have fear, that this malfunction is still not solved. Because in none of the reports I have read a bout a correction :-((.
