An Unknown Error Occurred While Moving Your Photos

Question

I am running LightroomCC 8.1 on a 64 bit Windows Desktop. Lightroom gives me this message and freezes

An Unknown Error Occurred while Moving Your photo: Method Request Called on Closed Proxy: WFWorkerThread (WFRxDocStore Message Processor.lua

I have replaced the Local Catalog.mcat file several times each time the download from the cloud begins and gets well into the download when the message appears and I have to close the app.

I have also unistalled and reinstalled the app several times but that did not solve the problem.

Any ideas? thanks
