Android doesn't import CR3 files(raw file of Canon RP)

Can you support me to be able to edit CR3 files in Lightroom? It doesn't recognize this file format. Thanks

    Hi there,

     

    Canon RP has been compatible for a while now since Lightroom Mobile 4.2.1 (iOS/iPad/Android).

    Where are the raw images stored? Have you tried copying the file to the mobile & then importing it from the android device? Is there an error on the screen?

     

    The import interface in Lightroom mobile (android) uses the Android's file browser to some extent & it might not read the raw files & show previews before importing.

     

    Please share some samples with us if the images don't work after import.

    Hi Sameer,

     

    I have the same problem here. When a try to inport or open CR3 files, they aren't listed on galery. When galery is opened by Lightroom, raw files aren't listed.

     

    But when device's galery is opened. I can see all raw files in there.

     

    I'm running the LR 9.5.0 in Android 14 in a Galaxy S23 phone.
