Android Lightroom Free

I installed Lightroom on my Samsung tablet Tab S4. It seems to have installed ok but after loading a raw file, selecting any of the adjustment buttons always takes me to upgrade. Isn't Lightroom free on Android devices?

Hi there,

 

You can only use Lightroom with one Adobe Id once on any device. Have you used the same Adobe ID on any other device before?
