Android Lightroom Offline Issues

While trying to use Lightroom for Android on my Tab S9 with no internet connection, I get the attached message. Because of this, I cannot edit any photos until I get a connection. This isn't an ideal situation. 

 

I have also added any albums to local storage.

    Update. I went on a trip that would have zero cellular or wifi available.  I thought that if I had opened Lightroom at home while I still had a connection that it would work later, but it Lightroom failed to open. 

     

    This is seriously a barrier in how I use this app and will be seeking a refund.

    This is extremely annoying. I have a work trip coming up and will have minimum to no wifi access and would like to edit my photos on the go right after a shoot. This shouldn't be so hard to fix, why would we not be able to open the program offline..
