(Android) Lightroom Restore Purchase fails for Samsung Store

Hey,

 

I purchased subscription via app, and got receipt in galaxy store about the subscription. Yet app didnt unlock the premium features. Restore subscription gives message "no previous subscription found". Trying to repurchase via app says "already bought". Tried reopening app and checked the email is correct. On galaxy store and LR. 

 

Any ideas what is this about and what could i do to fix it?

I've checked the account you're signed into the community with, but I could not find an active subscription in your account. If you've been charged to your bank account, check this page for help with managing your subscription: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-samsung-galaxy-store.html

Thank you for your response.

 

I tried following the instructions on your link, but the "upgrade now" just gives error message, saying its already bought. Antero that it says galaxy store is unable to prosess it further. Money was succesfully taken the first time subscribed to premium features. 

 

Any other ideas?
