(Android) Lightroom tells me I need to renew my subscription.

I have had lightroom for two years now and pay monthly,  my last payment in June was made.  Now lightroom tells me I need to renew my subscription.  But my next payment is not due for a few more days.  What Can I do?

Hey, @Meghan31081119dqvi. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've reviewed the account you signed in to the community with & I found a Lightroom subscription in an inactive/canceled state from Play Store.

 

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. You can contact their support channels if you've been charged already. Check this page for help with managing your subscription with the Play Store: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-android.html

I do not have light room on my mobile I have it on my Mac ?
