Android Mobile I am not able to access premium features

Thanks for confirming that you’ve already completed the troubleshooting in the linked Help article. Since your subscription is active, but Lightroom for Android still isn’t unlocking Premium features, could you please confirm:

• Was the subscription purchased through Google Play, Adobe directly, or another app store/provider?

• When you sign in at https://adobe.ly/3Vu0OTb, does the expected active Lightroom subscription appear under your plans?

• In Lightroom, under Settings > Account, does it show the same Adobe account that owns the active subscription? Please don’t post your email address publicly; just confirm whether it’s the same account.

• What Lightroom Android version are you currently using?

• What phone model and Android version are you using?

• If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, please confirm that the Google Play Store is currently signed in with the Google account used for that purchase.

• Are all Premium features locked, or only particular features?

• Please also share a screenshot showing what happens when you select a Premium feature, along with a screenshot of Lightroom’s account/subscription status. Hide any personal information before posting.

Once we have those details, we can determine whether this is an account-entitlement issue or an app-side problem and take it further.
