Annual Subscription gone

My annual purchased/subscription for Lightroom suddenly gone. Can you pls help how to get it back

Hey @Heather296967623ba1. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed the account you signed in to the community with & found a subscription in an inactive/canceled state from Mac Appstore.

The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. You can contact their support channels if you've been charged already. Here is a link to contact our team via live chat or call for an account or payments-related issues.
